FAQ’s

Customer orders are  highly prioritised to ensure you receive your orders on time. Hence, orders are shipped  out every day.

If you order before 1300hours, then it will ship same day.

Once your product has left our warehouse you will receive a notification email confirmation  with  your order tracking number.

Expected delivery time for a typical domestic UK orders  3-5 working days.

For international orders it can take 8 – 12 working  days with potential delays with customs clearance.

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return it to us within 30 days free of charge. This is in addition to your right to return an item within 14 days from the date of receiving the order.

 Please note that items returned within 30 days can only be refunded to the original payment source.

Returns are only accepted for items purchased directly from the eyefoot website. Returned items must be received in new, unused and re-sellable condition. The original packaging and any protective coverings and product information must still be on the product and in the packaging. Shipping costs of returned items are non-refundable, and you may be required to send copy the corresponding receipt.

Once the return has been approved (the items have to be in perfect condition and internal labels must be intact) you will receive a confirmation email indicating that the refund will be paid into your account within a few days.

If you feel the refunded amount is incorrect then please contact us and we will resolve the problem as quickly as possible.

Remember that payments to your credit card always depend on your bank/building society.

Underwear items cannot be returned!

Yes yes, of course! If you wish to exchange an item, please feel free to contact us to arrange this for your peace of mind. Please note exchange items must be :

  • FOR ANOTHER SIZE OR COLOUR, as long as it is the same price, no additional payment necessary.
  • FOR A DIFFERENT ITEM, eyeful.co.uk will issue a refund and you can purchase a new item online.

All exchanges must be made within 1 month of the e-mail confirming shipment.

Once you have placed your order and it has been confirmed, the process of sending out your order and charging your card is very swift and we rarely are able to intervene before this process is completed. However, the good news is if you no longer require an order you’ve placed, our returns process is quick and easy! Please see or Returns Policy for details

The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 give you the right to cancel your order and receive a refund of all charges in certain circumstances. For further details on how to do this, please see our Terms and Conditions

We currently do not offer gift wrapping as part of our service.

No at all, you can use our quick and easy Guest Checkout if you’re in a rush and don’t want to log in. Obviously we think it’s best to log in so you can keep a record of your purchases, but the choice is entirely yours!

We strongly recommend that you do not disclose your password to anyone. We will never ask you for your password in any unsolicited communication (such as letters, phone calls or email messages). How can I pay for my orders?

We gladly accept most major payment cards: Visa, Visa Debit, MasterCard, Solo, Maestro, Electron and American Express, as well as payments via Paypal.
